Our Mission:

To assist patients with bills and paperwork received from medical service providers or health insurance companies. This assistance includes auditing, organizing and providing steps to be taken to appeal or pay the billings. Our focus is to help the patient reduce overpayments or correct erroneous billings.

Dorothy Trottier

Medical Bill Advisor, LLC is owned by Dorothy Trottier. She is a member of both the (American Medical Billing Association (AMBA) and Medical Billing Advocates of America (MBAA). She has taken extra college courses with an emphasis in nursing.

Dorothy has worked in the medical field for over 25 years, including working as a Hospital Lab Secretary, Ward Clerk, CNA and as a Medical Office Manager. She has also had her own Medical Billing company for over 10 years and so has the inside expertise to know how the “system” works. Because of our knowledge of insurance and its billing subtleties we are able to be the bridge between the patient and the provider.
